Happlace Community Guidelines

1. Respect and Safety First
Happlace is for supportive, real-life sharing. Treat people with respect. Do not harass, threaten, intimidate, or degrade others. If someone asks you to stop contacting them, respect that boundary.
2. Content and Behavior We Do Not Allow
The following are prohibited across posts, comments, messages, profiles, and public shares:
- Spam, scams, phishing, or deceptive promotions
- Harassment or bullying, including targeted abuse and repeated intimidation
- Hate speech or attacks on protected groups
- Nudity or sexual content that is explicit, exploitative, or non-consensual
- Violence or dangerous behavior, including encouragement of harm
- Self-harm or suicide promotion, instruction, or encouragement
- False information likely to cause significant real-world harm
- Impersonation, doxxing, or sharing private personal information without consent
- Illegal activity or content that violates applicable law
3. Reporting and Blocking
If you see behavior or content that violates these rules, use our in-app safety tools:
- Report posts, comments, direct message conversations, or abuse on public share pages
- Block user to stop contact and remove visibility of that user from your experience
4. Enforcement
We review reports and may take action based on severity, context, and repeated violations. Actions may include warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account removal.
5. Child Safety
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material or exploitation. We remove such content and report it as required by law.
